In Bath, police report the seizure of 17 and a half pounds of processed marijuana from the residence of Joseph Plummer and Alison Hartill at 5 Bumpy Hill Road, where they went initially on a child custody complaint. The two are said to have ultimately showed the marijuana to police detective Marc Brunelle–a quantity with an estimated street value of 70 thousand dollars.
Both Plummer and Hartill face felony drug possession counts. They will go to court in West Bath in November.
